Information on the authenticity of customer reviews

Our company collects reviews via the independent service provider reviews.io. reviews.io uses automatic and manual measures to verify reviews.

Each consumer rating is checked for authenticity before it is published, to ensure that ratings only come from consumers who have actually purchased/used the rated products.

For this purpose, reviews.io sends review invitations via email after a specified period of time after an order has been shipped. If reviews.io can automatically assign a rating to an order in our Shopify shop system, reviews.io displays the additional note "Confirmed". We have no way of assigning the additional note "Confirmed" manually.
